2 alimghty sessions. Even without the after effects of taking time off with flu that would be respectable lifting by any standards!

Back Day:

Deads:
225 x 8 (warmup)
315 x 6 (warmup)
405 x 6 (warmup)
495 x 8
545 x 5 (Not bad, I havent done deads in about a month :D)

Wide Grip Pull Downs:
220 x 15 (warmup)
250 x 12
270 x 10

Free Weight T-Bar Rows: (weight does not include bar)
175lbs x 12 (warmup - 5-35lb plates)
245lbs x 12 (7-35lb plates)
305 x 10 (8-35lb plates plus a 25lb plate)

Side Grip Cable Pulley Rows:
300 x 10 for 3 sets (stack)

Underhand Machine Rows:
250 x 12
2 sets of 295 x 12 (stack)

Nothing great, but Ill take it. This is why I dont do Deads before my back days anymore. My back could not take too many bent over exercises and I dont like to do machines much. Did some abs and was done. :xyxthumbs:

Nope, decided I dont need it. Its been over four years and I have progressed to where I am with out them. Thanks for the complements bro :tiphat:
I am not shooting for 700lb deads, I did 600 and that is enough for me. I dont want to injure myself and there is really no point in doing that.

I meant the rest of the workout was not up to usual standards. The T-Bar rows were great and I was very happy with my Deads. Thanks for stopping by bro :2:

those deads are fantastic, and that T-bar would have looked absolutely ridiculous with that number of plates - that's just awesome considering you did it for 10 reps!

Nicely done Mr. Braaq! Deads were huge as to be expected and those t-bars... what no 45 plates... did you leave them on the dead lift bar??? Come on man... put up your weights!

:49: I stopped using 45lb plates on T-Bar because you get a better range of motion with 35's and it still gets heavy. 25s are good, but are too light, 45s feel like I can barely pull up so its more of a hammer curl.
I should of left the weights on the bar, I hate unloading the dead bar.. it kills my back

The WORST Chest Day:

Flat BB Bench Press: (first time in a few months)
135 x 10 (warmup)
225 x 8 (warmup)
315 x 8 (warmup, well it was suppose to be)
365 x 4 :angrydude: (I got up pissed and threw my fucking wrist straps across the gym)

Incline DB Press:
140s x 10
150s x 6 (again WTF!?!?!?! I was about to go home :disgust:)

Incline Hammer Strength:
2 sets of 4 plates/side x 10

Flat DB Flies:
90s x 12
100s x 10

Triceps:

Overhead EZ Bar Skullcrushers:
75lbs x 20 (warmup)
125 x 15
150 x 12

V Bar Cable Press Downs: (Single Pulley)
120lbs x 12
130lbs x 10

Cable Single Arm Kickbacks:
55lbs x 12
65lbs x 10, drop to 45lbs x 10

Did some calves and abs, if I didnt have my workout partner there I would have just packed up and left. Its not that I didnt lift heavy, my amount of reps dropped drastically and that pisses me off. If I cant out do myself, or do what I know I can do I get really pissed off. What can I say, I am very competitive and hard on myself. Only way I know how to get better.

Good lord :eek4: I don't do this exercise, but that's nuts.

Everything was heavy like you said. Try not to beat yourself up over the reps; everyone has off days.

Fucking superb weights again. You are still lifting mighty weights even when pissed off with yourself but I appreciate where you're coming from. I alwasy feel like it's been a shit session if I don't out do myself from the previous one - pretty self destructive probably but can't get it out of my mindset!

Right there with ya Braaq... completely understand. I guess that's the good thing about what we do... there is always tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day. Use it and come back stronger and more determined! On a side note, I wish my gym had dumbbells that big.
