Kidding, Braaq - I can tell ya'll first hand that this man is a beast - I am trying to get some of his strength by osmosis but it's not coming together for me. :p

(My purpose here was simply to raz Braaq a bit, don't mind me).

Ok Ill post a workout I did yesterday.

Legs:

Free Weight Squats:
135 x 10 (warmup)
225 x 10 (warmup)
315 x 10 (warmup)
405 x 10
405 x 10 (first squat day back since the flu, I was very happy :D)
(Wanted to do 500 but I decided not to push myself too far on my first day back)

Hack Squats:
4 plates/side x 10
5 plates/side x 9

Single Leg Press:
4 plates/side x 15
5 plates/side x 15

Leg Extensions:
295 x 15
295 x 15

Lying Leg Curls:
200 x 10 for 5 sets

Had to jet to go see DJ Irene, so I am going to do more hams with deads on Sunday.

Free Weight BB Behind the Neck Press:
135 x 12 (warmup)
185 x 12 (warmup)
225 x 10
225 x 8
:)( I was not very strong on this today)

Standing DB Side Laterals:
50s x 15
60s x 15
70s x 10
60s x 12, drop to 50s x 15

Reverse Peck Deck:
4 sets of 250 x 10-12 reps (reps varied on each set)

Hammer Strength Iso Lateral Shoulder Press:
3 plates/side x 12
4 plates/side x 7, drop 3 plates/side x6

Biceps:
50s x 10 (warmup)
70s x 10

Standing BB Curls:
110 x 15
110 x 12

Standing DB Hammer Curls:
2 sets of 90s x 10

A week, I was very pleased. It felt so easy, I wanted to move up to 500 but my friend talked me out of doing it my first squat day back.
