Leg Day:
Free Weight Squats:
225lbs x 10 (warmup)
315lbs x 10 (warmup)
405lbs x 6 (warmup)
495lbs x 1
405lbs x 10
(I think I psyched myself out with the 495 set, I came up fine, but I didnt feel comfortable and racked it. Good for the first time getting back into training with that again though. Next time I will get more for sure, but got to start somewhere I suppose)
Smith Lunges: (reps are per leg)

One Leg Leg Press: (reps are per leg)
4 plates/side x 18
5 plates/side x 12
6 plates/side x 8
Sitting Leg Curls:
120lbs x 20
150lbs x 12
150lbs x 12
Lying Leg Curls:
185 x 15
200 x 10
200 x 10
Did some calves as well supersetted with Lying Leg Curls.
