For fuck's sake - those presses are just out of this world. I look at the numbers and just shake my head with incredulity. Truly mighty strength my man.

Ok, I had knee surgery when I was 18 on my left knee. I have not had any problems since the surgery until now. When I was doing my front squats I started to get a pain in my left knee on the lateral, superior area of my Patella. It seems to be posterior (slightly under) to my patella which is making me think maybe I strained a ligament or tendon. Only time will tell, and it depends on how I wake up tomorrow. Im freaking out right now :skurred:

Legs:

Leg Press:
2 plates/side x 15 (warmup)
5 plates/side x 20 (warmup)
8 plates/side x 20 (warmup)
11 plates/side x 15
14 plates/side x 10

Free Weight Front Squats:
135 x 10 (warmup)
225 x 10 (warmup)
315 x 9 (slipped off :angrydude:)
315 x 10
(This is the set that hurt my knee, it started hurting on the second rep but I pushed through. When I took my wraps off, I tried to get up from the bench and it hurt and gave way. Now its just really sore :skurred:, I decided to stop here on quads)

Hamstrings:

Seated Leg Curls:
120lbs x 20
150lbs x 15
150lbs x 15

Lying Leg Curls:
185 x 15
200 x 9
200 x 10
200 x 11

Did some calves and left......

Thanks for the concern buddy :2:, my knee cracked really loud now the pain is just a soreness instead of acute pain.

Heaviest sets only... it feels a bit better but I did damage some soft tissue I am sure so I will take it easy for a few weeks. 315 is not even that heavy.. figures I hurt myself like Vic Martinez did on light weight...

Leaving legs for a few weeks will do you good bra. Heavy front squat weight, even if you don't think so :49: I can never do them myself, can't get the weight comfortable. Good to see you do an equal amount of hamstring work to, I hate it when people will do 2 or 3 quad exercises and 1 hammie exercise

Thanks bro, I look at hams and quads as seperate bodyparts. My knee is feeling a bit better, just sore right now... but Im ready for the next leg day! I dont worry about pain, as long as its not an actual injury Im fine! In fact, I feel ready to go already! Thanks for the props bro, but I refuse to leave legs for a few. Unless my leg is gone, I love legs and to not be able to train them is my worst fear. Ill hit it no matter what. :2:

Edit: I was really drunk while typing this :keke:

:ughnoes:

if I was a religious man this is the part where I'd say "jesus christ :uhoh2: "

but instead I'll just say OMDISHI FUJITA AHH

take care of your knee, but don't immobilize it entirely. Some light extensions and bodyweight squats might do it some good :xyxthumbs:

Yeah that was pretty heavy, my knees felt a little sore after that set (wonder why :keke:)
That is what I was thinking too, gonna take it light this week and try to help strengthen it instead of demolish it. Thanks for stopping by buddy :2:
