Yet another great session bro.DB presses are awesome
Those squats with broken knee Hope ur knee is ok. But thumbs for the session
Killer session bro.About those wraps braaq..Do you use them only in your heaviest sets or do you need them earlier?Hope everything is ok with your knees.
Leaving legs for a few weeks will do you good bra. Heavy front squat weight, even if you don't think so I can never do them myself, can't get the weight comfortable. Good to see you do an equal amount of hamstring work to, I hate it when people will do 2 or 3 quad exercises and 1 hammie exercise
Ok, I had knee surgery when I was 18 on my left knee. I have not had any problems since the surgery until now. When I was doing my front squats I started to get a pain in my left knee on the lateral, superior area of my Patella. It seems to be posterior (slightly under) to my patella which is making me think maybe I strained a ligament or tendon. Only time will tell, and it depends on how I wake up tomorrow. Im freaking out right now
Legs:
Leg Press:
2 plates/side x 15 (warmup)
5 plates/side x 20 (warmup)
8 plates/side x 20 (warmup)
11 plates/side x 15
14 plates/side x 10

if I was a religious man this is the part where I'd say "jesus christ "
but instead I'll just say OMDISHI FUJITA AHH
take care of your knee, but don't immobilize it entirely. Some light extensions and bodyweight squats might do it some good
