Nice to see that your knee is ok man.
It couldn't be hurting with those weights you used in the leg session :D

Good back session aswell. Really strong pull-downs...well strong everything actually:xyxthumbs:

That bro, I dont like pullups and never have or will. Regular deads especially at the end of the workout start to put too much wear and tear on my lower back. Rack deads hit exactly where I need them to, I eventually had to pick between doing squats or deads from the floor... I chose squats and to do rack deads. I hurt my lower back a while back and this is working for me so far.
We only have DB's up to 150's, if we had heavier I would be doing those for sure.

stronger than shit braaq dawg, no what you mean about sqauting and deadlifting, it leads to back injury sooner rather than later, been doing the atg squats and rack deads for awile now, best way to go i think to manage injury. keep up the good work, lving your little banner ( ya narcissict lol)

Nice to see you back online buddy :tiphat: Thanks for stopping by, strength is going back up thank god.
Yeah I feel like I get a lot from rackdeads, and I would rather squat than anything so they still work and my lower back is better because of it.

huuuge flat db press man - nice work! Dam, I would have thought 315 x 8 on your second third incline set and second chest exercise was awesome...but knowing your strength you were probably aiming for 10? Insane dude!

Thanks buddy :2:, so far no, my shoulders are fine. Sometimes I get a bit of pain in my elbows but that is usually from triceps :e5dunno:

Hey Mak, I was happy with it.. just wanted to get 10 or at least 9 like I did the set before but I hit a wall at 8.

Great chest session m8! That really looks awesome, especially those inclines!
Thanks buddy, I think I am a better incline presser than flat.. I was happy that I got as much as I did up. That is why I do this style of training, warm up with a set or two then go to your heavy set and rep it out instead of wasting energy on the BS sets that dont build muscle. Gives me energy throughout on my heavy sets.

I had to come in here to get motivation after feeling good about my workout today. I think getting the 105s is good but I come in here and you throw around the 150s, makes me want to go either cry, or workout right now. Both at the same time :ughfingers:

Maybe that is the secret :e5dunno:
Crying while your training :crymeariver: = :weightlifter:
Go test it :49:

I'll go attempt the 120s, cry while attempting to rep them and see what sort of crazy muscle growth I get :hyperguy:
