Awesome Leg Day (For a bad knee):

Freeweight Squats:
135 x 10 (warmup)
225 x 8 (warmup)
315 x 8 (warmup)
405 x 15 (the last one was tough but my form for each was by the book = perfect :D)
455 x 8 (should have gone for ten :disgust: but this was really easy)

Leg Press:
16 plates total x 20
20 plates total x 20
22 plates total x 20
(I guess I should have gone heavier. That is all I did for quads, low volume but everything else bothers my knee)

Stiff Leg Deadlifts:
135 x 10 (warmup)
225 x 10
315 x 10

Sitting Leg Curls:
100 x 15
125 x 15
150 x 12

My legs were fried I was done. :xyxthumbs:

your easily gonna do 1,000 for 20+ man
shit, your basically in the green for strength as the pros.. :|
bet your wheels are bloated like water balloons after that haha.
good feeling if you ask me.
good idea to just do squats and the leg press for quads, since those two
are both fucking amazingly heavy.
keep it up man
and congrats again for killing the weights!!!!!!!

What do you think you are doing man?

A mere 15 repos at 405lb? :uhoh2:

Sweet merciful me. Just as I think I'm doing ok I come in here and am reminded of my uselessness. :)

Lol, no plans to go pro. I just love to lift heavy and get as big as I can from it with eating a lot. I do not take the "supps" to get the the size of a pro. But I am happy where I am :tiphat:

:49:, I think the fear of not being able to train legs has motivated me.
It also makes me focus on perfect form, with no bouncing at the bottom. Oddly, my knee hurts if I do not train legs and feels better when I do. :e5dunno:

I kind of feel the same way about my back. I'm really conscious of keeping good form on squats and deadlifts, and it usually starts feeling worse if I stop training with those two exercises.

Although in my case it seems to be detrimental to my strength :49:
