No complaints, my strength was there. I just felt off, but I don't know exactly how to describe it. I couldn't get much of a pump and felt rather flat, I haven't been eating much because I have been stuck in the library and I am very behind in sleep. Hopefully I sleep well tonight. All I have to say is I am looking forward to Leg day :hyperguy:

I hear ya. I spent 13 hours working on a lab report yesterday. I stayed up until 6 in the morning and had to wake up at 11 to finish it.

My back was killing me from deads on Wed, so my squat was not 100% so I decided to just bang out 405 for reps instead of going up and possibly hurting myself. Not a bad leg workout :xyxthumbs:

it´s sometimes better to be safe but still pretty impressive leg workout, lol hey guys i´m gonna take it easy this leg day just for 405 for 15-braaq....insane hehe
