Well if you have a training partner then forced reps are the best with low reps. So do like 4 reps and then do 2-4 forced reps with the help of a partner. Also negatives have them pull the weight up for you and do like a 10 second negative.

I like rest pause because I do DC training. Do like 7-9 reps rest for like 15 seconds do 1-3 more then rest for 15 seconds and try and do 1 more.

Also double or triple drop sets are good. :xyxthumbs:

Being a respected member doesn't require I know the HIT movements.. but I know much more than just that. I follow the training principles not exactly, and not using exact "HIT movements". The philosophy of HIT training is something that along with my physiological knowledge/degree made complete since and thus far has worked wonders.

Awesome back work bro.BB rows are sick considering your lowerback must of been dead after all those heavy deads.When youre fresh,i think you could probably row 405.
Btw ,why did you move the deads from shoulder day back w rest of the back?

You've never gotten the stretchmarks from benching before? I always get them :crymeariver:

I call them "progress" marks :)

Hell, for someone as big as you I thought you´d have stretchmarks all-over. I guess its just my skin thats too weak too handle it :)

Because I didn't have a shoulder day this week, my shoulders have been sore (I think it is because I have been doing Flat BB Press again) and since they are pretty much my best body part I took a week off. So I had to move it to back day for this week. :tiphat:



As regards to the strech mark, it has gone a way a little but still evident. I never get stretch marks, but Duality is the king of stretch marks :keke:

Hey guys, I have been training regularly and have had nothing but great workouts (knock on wood), just nothing too out of the ordinary and out of laziness I have not posted any of them. I will try to get better at it or will start it up again when there is something worth posting. Like a vid, we found out Duality's dad's camera has a tape and is not digital so I have another friend who does have a camera and hopefully I can coordinate a time for him to tape me doing some of my lifts for you guys.
