Well if you have a training partner then forced reps are the best with low reps. So do like 4 reps and then do 2-4 forced reps with the help of a partner. Also negatives have them pull the weight up for you and do like a 10 second negative.
I like rest pause because I do DC training. Do like 7-9 reps rest for like 15 seconds do 1-3 more then rest for 15 seconds and try and do 1 more.
Also double or triple drop sets are good.
Im surprised you didnt know HIT movements being respected and all Or maybe you were joking
