Actually no. My record is about 440 to 450 lb for 6 reps or so per leg. Which is weird seeing as all your other lifts trounce mine by a considerable degree. Just a freak lift for me.

Your last two sessions are more than exceptional as usual!

Damn no kidding! Yeah you have that record.... for now.... :coolguy:... I am actually weak on that so I dont know if I can match that.

315 x 7 (kept losing me grip on these... very awkward exercise)

Single Leg Press:

Leg Extensions:

Lying Leg Curls:

185 x 12

Sitting Leg Curls:
3 sets of 160 x 12-15

Did some abs and got out.

It was awkward, but I really got a great pump. It really felt like it isolated your quads especitally toward the insertion of the knee witout knee pain. I suggest giving them a shot, and bring some wrist straps :xyxthumbs:

Ok, havent worked out since Wed, but Friday I tried Back and my body was just not having it, all my joints were sore and I felt like I was gonna tear everything so I left. I had the same feeling on Sat... dunno what was up but came in today after an awesome meal and smashed back and everything felt great, you know those days that you feel everything where you are supposed to :xyxthumbs: :

Back Day: (Did a bit more volume than normal)

Wide Grip Pull Downs:
180 x 15 (warmup)
230 x 12 (warmup)
290 x 10 (awesome pump :xyxthumbs:)

Bent-Over Barbell Rows (Overhand):
225 x 15 (warmup)
315 x 10
315 x 11
(I dont know how yall do em, but I bend over low below 45 degrees, I dont do that crap of almost standing straight up, if I did that I could do 365 or 405 im sure. I like to use gravity and hit my mid back, not do a shrug looking row)

T-Bar Rows (free weight):
5 35lb plates x 15
7 35lb plates x 15
9 35lb plates x 10 (filled up the end of the bar)
(For those of you who do 45lb plates you should try using 35's, its still heavy and you dont do those half reps with the 45's. You get an amazing squeeze at the top and great pump)

Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Pull Down Row:
160 lbs per side x 12
180 lbs per side x 12

Magnum Close Grip Pull-Down:
2 sets of 135lbs on each side x 10

One Arm DB Rows:
150 x 10
150 x 11

Did some biceps after, nothing much, I have been relying on indirect stimulation but wanted to throw something in just to change it up

Preacher DB Curls (both arms at same time):
50's x 10

Cable Straight Bar Curls:
150 x 12

Front Double Bi's Cable Curls:
65 x 12

Still got out in an hour and 15 mins :xyxthumbs:

Dropsets: 225 x 10, 170 x 10, 130 x 10
Dropsets: 250 x 10, 180 x 8 (died out, this new style of training whipped out my endurance)

Flat DB Flies:
95s x 8
95s x 7
(100s were taken, and I guess that was a good thing cause those drop sets took all I had left! My endurance sucks now!)

Hit some calves and tris but nothing special to put up here.
