Training will commence Monday I would start now, but I will be spending the whole weekend in the library studying.. literally Hopefully I will come back no problem and have a good session to post for you guys
Here is a lazy version of giving my chest workout,
Flat Benched 315 for two easy sets of ten. Then hit the 140 DBs for two sets of 8 on incline Presses. Next was the Hammer Strength Machine with two sets with 4 plates a side, one set of 9 then 8. Did a burn out on a flat press machine, then hit some tris, abs and calves. There ya go, an update but short and sweet. When I get back in the swing of things I will start to post regularly again.
