Decent workout I suppose...I expect them wheels to be growin Braaq! Those single leg presses are pretty impressive and a quality PB indeed.

and i should mention i'm happy getting 405 for 8 so i shouldn't be talking. but i gotta keep him grounded :gaygay:

that's completely ridiculous! Squat, Hack Squat, Leg Press, SLDL - all heavy and impressive as hell :ughnoes: No doubt whatsoever that you've done each rep with perfect form. I'm impressed you were able to squeeze out those leg curls for reps - I know I struggle with any hamstring curl after doing the stiff leggeds.

It is true that I am trying to catch up, to my old seld. You had a great day too with your squats, hacks and reverse lunges. :2: It seems that we share the quality of our workouts, if mine sucks then yours does as well and vice versa.

Thanks buddy :2:, I agree after SLDL it is very tough to do curls. Which is why I do them after because the Sitting Leg Curl machine we have is rather light so it works perfectly.
