Well comes to show, you dont lose much or any strength what so ever. lol
awesome lifting man, 495 for deads with reps is pretty damn impressive

Flat DB Press:

Hammer Strength Incline Iso Lateral Press:

250 x 8, drop 190 x 6

I realized after I hit a wall on flat DB presses that I only had 40g of carbs at the beginning of the day lol.. whoops, no wonder. :e5dunno:

decent session for both of us. a little too much forced reps imo.

to parallel. sometimes maybe a little lower. pretty traditional style. we've been working out together for about a year now. we usually only hit the big muscle groups together. braaq isn't as consistent as he'd like to be right now because of school but we usually always do legs on friday.

365 for 2 reps on the incline is damn impressive!:D u should post up 20 inchs numbers too, so we can see how he compares;)
