Braaq ,ive noticed that you dont post much about your arm training..im curious to see what you do for those guns.
The truth, not much! I used to train arms a lot, and now I will sometimes go a week or two without direct stimulation. The key is to not over train, and most do when they train their arms. When I do train my arms its heavy for only three exercises with one or two sets. And since I have done this I have had the best growth spurt in my arms in a long time. I do not know the measurement difference because I never measure myself, but others including myself have noticed significant changes in the past few months.
Well theres a lot of truth there..i do basicly 3 main sets for both triceps and biceps,rest is just warm ups.If you check out my arm workouts you could see theres a lot of sets done ,but many of them are plain warmups.
