Thanks for the comments guys, didn't know so many looked at my log. I am just getting back into the swing of things right now. Although the break was only two weeks, with tests every week now since the semester is winding to a close it is getting tough to get back into it consistently.
On another note, I will be doing a log of my weight and lifts with Havoc being thrown in the mix, compliments of TSNnutrition, so keep an eye out for that. If Havoc is as good as they say I am excited to see what I will be throwing around then. I will keep you all updated as much as I can :tiphat:

Flat DB Press:

Incline Magnum Machine Press:
4 plates/side x 12
5 plates/side x 9

Flat DB Flies:
90s x 12
100s x 9

Did some triceps, calves and abs afterwards. I was happy with the session, not the best but it felt very descent. Just getting back into it :xyxthumbs:

good to see you in the gym. now keep it up and don't become a bum. when i think i'm getting too big or strong its good to have someone in there who's just thatmuch better than you to let you know your not even close to where you need to be.

The truth, not much! I used to train arms a lot, and now I will sometimes go a week or two without direct stimulation. The key is to not over train, and most do when they train their arms. When I do train my arms its heavy for only three exercises with one or two sets. And since I have done this I have had the best growth spurt in my arms in a long time. I do not know the measurement difference because I never measure myself, but others including myself have noticed significant changes in the past few months. :tiphat:

Well theres a lot of truth there..i do basicly 3 main sets for both triceps and biceps,rest is just warm ups.If you check out my arm workouts you could see theres a lot of sets done ,but many of them are plain warmups.

it's a shame your session didn't go as well as you'd liked to, but at least you know you're "getting back into it" so I'm sure next session you'll be all good. It's still impressive to me though...

Great to see you back training again. It might not have been the same as your usual might, but considering the lay off and the weight you were still lifting it's still damn impressive! I wish my off days were as good as that. I wish my ON days were as good as that.

I'll get back to posting very soon, I am still training just very busy with school so they are fast and nothing worth posting (because its pretty much the same thing as usual). Hopefully I will have something new and worth posting up soon. Until then :tiphat:
