Going to try to get this thing started again. Since I have had several requests.

Had a light leg day with a bit more volume than normal last night because of Deadlifts earlier in the week and we had a few heavy leg days a few weeks in a row.


Legs:

Leg Press: (Pre-exhaust)
12 plates x 15 (warm up)
16 plates x 12 (warm up)
20 plates x 12
24 plates x 15
This includes up to 6 100 plates, so it is not just 45's. Alos (Samoan Z) this maxes out the leg press at my gym :coolguy: The most I have done on leg press is 30 plates total for 10 :wutyousay:

Squats:
405 x 15
405 x 15
Made sure I did not pause or completely lock out during each set the whole time. Burned oh so good :D

Leg Extensions:
285 x 20 (last 5 with slow eccentric)
300 x 15 (last 5 with slow eccentric)
Did these cause my lower back was knotting up on me really bad so doing lunges or hacks was out of the question.

Lying Leg Curls:

195 x 15
205 x 12
205 x 12

Single Leg Curl:
3 sets of 90lbs per leg for ~12 reps each set.

Did some calves and finished. I also was happy that i weighed in a 246.6, and it is good weight gain. I am at the same bf as I have been ~10% and have actually been getting asked by a few people if I am dieting already. :wutyousay: I will take that is a good sign :49:

It seem like anything I did was hurting my back after my last squat session, sitting and doing extensions seemed to be the only thing that didn't make it act up. :wutyousay: Sucks

THE Shoulder Day!:

Military DB Press:

80s x 8 (warm up)
100s x 6 (warm up)
120s x 4 (warm up)
130s x 12!!! :weightlifter: PB
140s x 6!! :weightlifter: PB

Never attempted 140s before, very happy, my spotter said he had to get me up on the 6th and the 5th barely. On the set of 130s he didn't have to do anything except the 12th was a forced rep. I was extremely happy with this, I am running out of DB now! :skurred: For those wondering about my form, I come with my fists level with my ears and the DB is practically touching my shoulder and stop right before lock out, so yes these are full range of motion.

DB Side Laterals:
60s x 12
70s x 10 (failure)

DB Rear Laterals:
2 sets of 50 x 10

BB Military Press:

225 x 12
225 x 10
Shouldn't have done a second but I just felt the need cause I had a lot of energy and strength today. A bit more volume than normal but I had a blast with this whole session.

I did arms and abs after and jetted... I don't feel like posting the arm workout, unless it is desired :tiphat:

That is a good point, I was doing single leg as a finishing exercise for quads but it would make more sense to do them as a mass builder as well seeing as I am maxing out my leg press on double leg. Thank you for the advice broskie, for some reason I didn't think of that. :xyxthumbs:
