Yes it is RPN Havoc and it is a designer steriod and is very legal it will not be affected by the ban on the 24th

No, when I went up to 50 mg a day I did notice my complexion was not as good but no actual break outs. I did get a few on my back and I never break out on my back, but so far nothing really bad. I still have a little bit to go so I will keep you updated if it gets worse or not.
