4 plates and a 25 x 8.75 got stuck and couldn't lock out

Awesome Chest Day if I do say so myself, I am definitely noticing a difference with the Havoc. It is my second day with taking 5 pills a day. I also weighed in at exactly 240lbs with the same bf as before and still dry from my diet

he does look fuller and he's the strongest he's ever been since i've known him. while he hasn't gained a big size difference, his muscles have a better fuller quality to them while still looking dry. this havoc seems to be working pretty well.

Great chest and back sessions mate. I wish there was some hammer-strength gear at my gym. I love their rowing and pressing apparatus.
